Gandhara (Indo-Greek Kingdom)
From SILVER
The historical region of Gandhara in the Peshawar basic of modern Pakistan-Afghanistan was ruled for a period by Indo-Scythian kings following the fragmentation of the eastern fringes of Greek Bactrian and Indo-Greek rule in the region upon the incursion of the Parthian Empire ca. 50 B.C. Gandhara was ruled by several Indo-Scythian kings from approximately 50-10 B.C., before the region was absorbed into the Kushan Empire.
